I can’t recommend Fenton enough as a truly one-of-a-kind and stunning jewelry brand. My husband got my engagement ring, wedding band, and push present all from them, and I’m just in love with each piece! The artistry and craftsmanship of these rings really set them apart. Sophie, Susannah, and the whole crew at Fenton gave us top-notch customer service and kept us in the loop. They really went above and beyond to make sure our rings arrived before the big day, even remaking my engagement ring from scratch in no time. Just AMAZING! I’ve never experienced such fantastic support from a brand. I was super stressed, but they eased all my worries in a flash. Seriously, I can’t thank the Fenton team enough!

Sij was amazing in helping me pick out the ideal ring for my fiancé. We had a phone appointment that was super helpful for addressing all my questions, and she was always available via email afterwards. We also had a follow-up call on January 5th to finalize the order, and the whole process was a breeze. Since the ring takes about 6-7 weeks to arrive and I was cutting it close with my proposal date (January 13th), Sij kindly provided a placeholder ring so I had something to present on that special day. My time with Fentons has been top-notch, and I’m sure we’ll return to choose our wedding bands when the moment comes. Really looking forward to the ring's arrival! :)

I set up a meeting with the wonderful Sophie to check out wedding bands. Although the specific rings I saw online weren’t in stock at the store, Sophie presented us with a stunning selection, and they appeared even more amazing in real life! We’ve now placed an order for our rings and are absolutely thrilled with our picks. Huge thanks to Sophie and the crew!

I genuinely have a great time shopping with the folks at Fenton. I’ve done some private shopping and had a blast at their events. My yellow sapphire engagement ring always turns heads, and we came back for my wedding band, plus some earrings for those special moments. I’ll be honest, I’ve mostly picked from the treasure box, so I can’t really comment on the wait times or anything like that—they always seem to have what I want in stock. I really appreciate the transparency about the gems and the care taken to look after the entire supply chain. Communication is a breeze and always prompt—I’ve got no complaints at all.

My husband now, he got my engagement ring (an oval trilogy featuring two diamonds and an emerald) from Fenton, and I couldn't be happier. I gave him a few hints about what I liked, and a lot of the designs I was into were from Fenton, so he just went ahead and purchased it there. This happened back in September 2021, and after some back and forth with the team, he got the ring and popped the question. Since then, I've reached out to Fenton for cleaning and maintenance, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Everyone, especially Emily, is super friendly and helpful. I just picked up my ring today after an aftercare check, and it looks so shiny and sparkly, with the emerald looking stunning and brand new. Now, I'm on the lookout for another ring and can't wait to head back to Fenton to try on different styles and make my choice. I totally recommend it to everyone because their professionalism, the variety of options, and the incredible customer service make me want to keep coming back!

I just bought a ring from Fenton as a present for my wife, and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. The product quality was superb, but sadly, my wife didn’t like the style. Even though I was sending it back, the level of service remained impressive. I’m definitely gonna shop there again and would totally suggest Fenton (the crew there) to anyone!

I purchased some stunning custom platinum and aquamarine earrings to go with a ring I had earlier given to my wife. Once again, Fenton really outdid themselves in every aspect of the shopping experience. Their willingness to help with my wife's gold allergy was impressive, and they kept me in the loop with regular updates during the crafting phase. They even provided a lovely sketch of the earrings for free during the busy Christmas season as a sneak peek of the final product. The finished piece was not only beautiful but also arrived perfectly packaged and right on schedule.
